I cancelled a purchase for a parka that had already been paid for by a customer. I didn’t receive any money and the item was not shipped. Ebay seems to have refunded this gentleman, but now I’m the one who has to reimburse Ebay! This happened within 48 hours, the cost of the jacket is 850 euros, I have to reimburse this amount to Ebay, but obviously I don’t agree: The item is still in my possession, I didn’t ship it of my own will and therefore I didn’t receive any sum into my account. Ebay simply returned the amount that the buyer paid. Why on earth do I have to reimburse Ebay? If I don’t sell, I don’t refund! Guys, help, because something doesn’t add up and it sounds like mafia to me ....
