Hello, a guy bought an item for €1 and €50 shipping (because he’s abroad, outside Italy), and of course, not wanting to sell it for €1, I refunded him. Everything normal, until today I see that the money I refunded was taken from a sale I made last week for €90. I should have received €90 back and instead I see that I got €41 back. Basically, I gave this person a refund with my own money??? But how the hell does this useless app work?? The refund should be issued using the money the buyer paid. Because of eBay I lost €45. NEVER ISSUE A REFUND
