Incomplete refund
Good morning, I made a purchase for a total of €123 including shipping costs, and after the purchase the seller contacted me saying that the item was no longer available and issued a refund. I was refunded €116.25; I’d like to understand where the roughly €5 missing went and from whom I can claim them. I paid with PayPal, but in this case the amount that should be returned should be the full one. I don’t understand—can someone help me please? thanks

Mentore1 year agoWas it a purchase made in a currency other than the euro?
In these cases Paypal ( or your credit card) applies a currency exchange fee both on the payment (from euros to …) and on the refund (from …. to euros).

OP1 year agoyes it was done for a purchase of an item that was located in Italy, so euro for euro, that's why I don't understand...
