Refund wrong address
Hello, I sold an item and sent it to the address the buyer gave me. The item hasn’t arrived because the address the buyer gave me is incomplete and I still haven’t received the item back. I’m afraid the item got lost by the post office during the return-to-sender process and now the buyer wants a refund. What should I do in these cases?

if you can't prove delivery or that it was returned to you, I think you'll have to refund...
If the buyer has opened a valid report, try confirming the tracking number and leave the decision to eBay.
