refund never received
Good evening everyone friends
I was scammed out of my money by one of the sellers who uses ebay
His goods never arrived to me
and he doesn't want to refund me. He had contacted me personally to say
that he had had an accident and was in the hospital. I really felt sorry for him
and meanwhile time has passed ..I know that on ebay there is a time limit
of 1 month to take action. unfortunately that time has passed and now what do we do?
Do we let this scammer get away with it? Does ebay allow all this ?

Mentore2 years agoIf you let a whole month go by, what fault would eBay have?
eBay provides you with the means to get help, but you’re the one who has to act... it can’t do it for you!
Now you can only turn to the payment method, PayPal or chargeback.

OP2 years agoIn Italy, the crime of fraud expires after 6 years. For Ebay is it different? Does Ebay favor dishonest people?

Mentore2 years agoSo... let’s put it another way: if eBay gives you the means to get help and you don’t use them, it means you’ve scammed yourself... you let the seller get away with it... so you’re complicit!
So, as already written: "Now you can only обратиться to the payment method, Paypal or chargeback."

If you use it and spend money on it... the least you can do is make sure everything works well.
