Background ....I made a purchase of sandals that I didn't know were coming from China ( it seemed they were coming from England )
Then, when they arrived, the sandals declared as size 40 for women were actually size 38 for women.
After opening a dispute, the seller asked me to send back the item, which cost 20 euros including shipping, but it’s obvious that if I had to return them by sending them to China, the cost would be hugely higher than the value of the sandals I bought.
for this reason I asked for a refund .
