Refund less than the purchase price
I was granted a refund lower than the purchase price, on the grounds that the item was returned damaged. I can say that the item in question arrived to me ALREADY DAMAGED, inside an envelope that contained another very damaged one (the outer one had the label with the address information marked RISTAMPA). I should also add that the item arrived so late that I had to request a refund. What do I need to do to get a full refund???

Mentore1 year agoBecause you received a partial refund, you made the return because you changed your mind.
If you had made the return through the eBay procedure and with the correct reason (item arrived damaged), the return shipping costs should have been covered upfront by the seller and the refund would have been complete.

Mentore1 year agoNothing... if eBay has authorized the seller to issue the refund you received, you'll have to make do with that.
