Refund not yet received after more than 9 days.
Hello, more than 9 days have passed and I still haven't received any refund even though e-Bay notified me by email that the seller refunded me. What should I do?

Mentore2 years agoCheck the payment method you used... in fact, you’ll find the refund on exactly the same method.
If, on the other hand, you paid by direct withdrawal from your account via Paypal, the timing is definitely longer and depends on Paypal, not on ebay.

OP2 years agoHello Sika700 and thanks for your reply. Today I finally received the refund. I made the payment through my bank account, not PayPal. I had to wait exactly 18 days and it was starting to worry me.
