Refund not received

Good morning everyone,

I returned an item using the label provided by the seller, but the return status still shows pending return, while the postal tracking shows it as delivered. I haven't heard anything about the refund.

I also asked Ebay to call me through the help page, but I didn't receive any calls. Can someone provide me with a number to call? thanks

This happens when the correct tracking number is not entered in the procedure.

Check that it has been entered, that it is correct, and mark the package as shipped.

There is no number to call, check that the mobile phone number you registered on your account is correct.
