Refund not received after 14 days
Hi, I bought a Dyson through eBay from their official store, I wanted to cancel the order but the package was already being prepared, so with an automatic message I was told to رفض the package and I would receive a refund within 14 working days from when the package reached the depot. Now the days have passed, I wrote via message on eBay to Dyson but nobody is replying, how can I resolve this? Or maybe the waiting days are more. Thanks
