Incomplete refund
Hello, I recently made a refund for a mobile phone. The device arrived at the seller but it is shown as damaged and tampered with when that is not possible because it was handled with care without any damage, and they are only partially refunding me 50% of the total amount. I also opened a dispute but it was later closed (I think by the seller) as resolved, but they still do not want to refund the full amount. What should I do?

Mentore2 years agoIf the reason for the return was that you changed your mind and you did actually use it, the seller isn’t entirely wrong. For him, it’ll be practically impossible to resell that phone as new.
