Refund not due
Hello. I received a refund on my card. I had asked eBay to step in since the item wasn't arriving, then the item arrived, albeit very late, (about a month), how can I fix this, since I couldn't find anything to contact eBay?

you need to contact the seller and find an alternative payment method that works for both of you.
Ebay can't help you.
