good morning, I am waiting for a refund for goods not received that was supposed to be resolved in 3-5 working days but I haven't received anything.

Mentore2 years agoDid you receive the email confirming that the refund was issued by eBay?
If so, the time it takes to receive the refund depends on the payment method you used, so you will find it returned through the same method, and it may take as long as 15/20 days.
