Refund not received
A seller promised me, following the defective item he acknowledged, a refund that has not arrived after 10 days. I can't contact eBay support to have them step in or /e report the fact that the seller is not serious. How can I contact support?

Mentore9 months agoIf you haven't opened the correct return request procedure on eBay for a refund, all the promises made by the seller mean nothing.
If you don't return the item, obviously you won't get a refund.
