Refund not received
Hello, how should I go about opening a report for a refund not received, even though I made the return as requested by the user and shipped it according to their instructions? Thanks

Mentore6 months agodid you make the return based on the seller's instructions, or did you follow the correct procedure set out by ebay?

If you made the return through a private agreement between you and the seller, without going through ebay, you'll have to deal with him directly.
