I haven't received the refund for two purchases canceled by the seller, what do I need to do to get the refund?! It's been 20 days

Mentore2 years agoIf the seller canceled the order correctly, you should have received a confirmation email from eBay.
If you received the email (one for each order), the refund was initiated within the next two business days and is following, in reverse, the same path as the payment. Any delays are attributable to your card and your account.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, something was not done correctly. Request the refund through eBay: https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/ottieni-aiuto-per-un-oggetto-che-non-arrivato?id=4042&st=7
