Refund despite voluntary closure of the dispute

Question

For an item that will never arrive (the seller entered the wrong address) I opened a dispute to at least get a refund...at the seller's request I voluntarily closed the dispute because he had promised me a refund anyway...up to today he has found a thousand excuses not to do it...

Do I have any hope of getting my money back or should I just resign myself?

If you voluntarily closed the dispute, eBay can no longer help you. So either you accept it or you try to contact the payment method. Kind regards.

By closing the dispute, you put yourself in the seller's hands. hi mario
