Refund for item never received
Good morning everyone, I bought a book but the seller tells me that he had already sold it on another platform and that, by mistake, he had not removed it from e-bay. He believes he doesn’t have to refund me because he hasn’t received the credit from E-bay. How can I proceed? I’m new to e-bay... thanks in advance, Tony

Mentore2 years agoTell him to read eBay’s rules; he has to refund you in advance even if he hasn’t received the bank transfer from eBay yet, otherwise he’ll lose the selling fees.
If he doesn’t do it, you’ll have to wait for the delivery deadline stated in the listing and ask eBay to step in.
