Refund for non-compliant item
Hello, a very unpleasant thing happened to me, someone bought a new Dayson airwap from me and after a month they asked to return it because they claimed the item wasn't working as it should. I accepted the return and eBay automatically issued the refund since I was abroad. When I got back, the item was inspected and it’s clearly been swapped with an old, worn-out one, and now I can't appeal. What should I do?

as a private seller, you wouldn't even have been able to sell it... like many other items... anyway, if you have tangible proof, all that's left is to report him to the competent authorities.
