customs duties reimbursement
I purchased a clothing item from Japan, and DHL charged me customs fees.
The item does not match the description, I started the return process, how do I get reimbursed for the fees?? The seller refunds me for the item but does not provide me with a return invoice

Mentore11 months agoIf you paid VAT on eBay, the refund will include everything you paid on the eBay form: the item cost, the outbound shipping cost, and the VAT. The return will have to be arranged by the seller and the costs will be their responsibility.
If you paid VAT and customs duties to the courier, through eBay you will only be refunded what you paid on the eBay form.
