Refund for order on Klarna
Good morning,
I placed an order on eBay, selecting payment via Klarna, and I created a one-time card.
eBay informed me that they have issued a refund for the full amount of the order. I would like to know how the refund process works on Klarna via the one-time card?
Do I need to tell eBay to cancel the authorization they placed on the card?

Mentore1 year agoYou need to contact Klarna customer support.
Ebay refunds to the card that was used for the payment, then each card issuer has its own procedures for transferring the funds.
