Partial refund
Good evening, I requested a return of an item I received because it was not as described; the seller first accepted the return and now we have reached an agreement for a partial refund, but they can't unlock the system. How can I proceed to safely cancel the return request? Thanks

if the return has already been accepted, the seller can no longer offer you a partial refund... that’s the essential reason for contacting them before opening any claim through eBay.
Now, to stay protected, you need to send the item back for a full refund.
Closing it is entirely at your own risk... remember that you won’t be able to open a second one!
