Good morning I would like to know if it’s possible to make a partial refund to a buyer because they ordered the wrong product and so it doesn’t seem fair to me that because of their mistake I have to bear the shipping cost in the return process partial refund doesn’t appear unless I let them keep the item and eBay’s system doesn’t give enough time to write privately where to send it and then, once received, make the partial refund how do you deal with this case ?
