partial refund for an item returned because it did not match the description
good evening I wanted to know whether it is correct on the seller’s part to issue only a partial refund (a 20% deduction was withheld) for an item returned NOT as described

Mentore2 years agoIf you made a return using eBay's procedure and correctly selected non-conformity as the reason, it's impossible that you were given a partial refund. In these cases, the return shipping costs would also be borne by the seller.
