Hello, I bought a used video game console that, as stated by the seller, was supposed to be fully working and without defects.Once it arrived and I tested it, I noticed that it has some problems turning on and several attempts are needed before it works. I would like to keep the item, it's probably just the battery, but I think at least a partial refund is fair since the item does not match what was described.What can I do? thanks
