PayPal refund

Question

Good morning,I ordered an item and had to cancel the order, I had paid with PayPal. The seller tried to cancel it but I received a notice that the cancellation was refused because the refund with PayPal cannot be processed. What can I do now?

You’ve just made a mess of things.

The buyer on ebay cannot cancel orders.

If the shipment hadn’t even started yet, what did PayPal have to do with it? Good morning, in fact you paid ebay... not the seller... so the seller can issue your refund only through ebay, not Paypal! Kind regards.
