Refund for missed responses and shipping
Hello, I made a purchase 5 days ago, it was necessary to specify the color. I wrote to the seller but they didn't reply, I tried again yesterday, and again they didn't reply, the status says they still haven't shipped it. I'm trying to get a refund so I can buy it from another seller but I can't find a way. Thanks
