Good morning, on December 5 I sold an item, on the 6th I shipped it via eBay shipping insured for the full amount.On December 12 it stopped and did not continue its journey to the recipient anymore; the latest delivery date was set for December 19, and the buyer, having not received the parcel, opened a dispute that would have been closed on the 29th if nothing had changed.I contacted the postal service to ask for information, but the answer I got was "Christmas period, strikes, holidays, etc.". On the 30th the dispute was closed in the buyer's favor for parcel not received. I appealed because it is not my fault, but it was rejected.On the 31st I was surprised to see that the parcel was in fact successfully delivered on the 31st itself. How can I proceed now? Since the dispute has been closed, is there a way to reopen it to avoid losing both the item and the money?Also because if the parcel has been delivered, I can't use the insurance for loss.
