Refund for damaged product
Hello, I bought some products from a foreign seller and during shipping this product arrived damaged. Unfortunately I wouldn't like to send it back because it's a car rim that now needs to be repaired and painted. Is there a refund for damage caused during shipping

if you want the full refund you need to open a return request and send the item back at the seller's expense.
You can try requesting a partial refund, but you still need to open a return request; it will be up to the seller whether to approve it or not. If it is not accepted, you can close the request at any time and keep the item as it arrived.
