Refund for scam
Good morning, a short time ago I bought a phone, but instead I received a Mickey Mouse keychain. I filed several disputes, but without any positive outcome. I can't get in direct contact with eBay, which keeps putting me in touch with the seller, who of course, being a scammer, rejects and denies everything. Is there a way to get a refund? Thanks
