Refund for a purchase made in the USA
Good evening,
I started a refund process for a purchase made in the USA. When I received the refund, in addition to deducting from the total amount paid the shipping label for the return (which I knew about), I was only reimbursed $10 of the $35.18 shipping paid and $19.80 of VAT on the $25.34 paid.
Could you tell me why? I look forward to your reply. Thank you.

Mentore2 years agoYou probably paid the import fees in advance; those won't be refunded to you.
