Refund for returned item not complete
I bought some items for a purchase of 166 euros, I didn’t like them, I returned everything in the original packaging without ever having used it, just as it arrived, I sent it back, the seller took 30 euros from me without specifying the reason; basically I lost 36 + 10 for shipping, 46 euros, it doesn’t seem fair to me, I don’t know whether to open a dispute.

Mentore2 years agoDid you use eBay's return procedure or did you make a private agreement with the seller?

If you use eBay's return procedure, for a change of mind the return shipping costs are on you, but the seller must refund you in full (including the shipping costs included in the sale), unless you damaged the product or the packaging.

since this is a change of mind, the return shipping cost was at your expense.
So it’s not clear what the seller didn’t refund you for...

OP2 years agoHi, I spent 166 euros. When I made the return, I was only refunded 130 euros (the returned items were still packaged the way they arrived). On top of that, since I paid for the shipping myself, I lost more than 10 euros, so out of the 166 euros, 36 + 12 = almost 50 euros, this return cost me. If I had known something like this, I would have kept everything
