Good morning,after receiving the computer product (RAM for a PC), I realize that it does not work on my devices, it is not recognized (I bought a similar model elsewhere and this one works). However, the seller says that the product was 100% working. So I start the return of the product for wrong size/not suitable. Initially eBay gave me the option to enter a shipping code or use the label service, but after a few days the seller sends me a full refund without me having sent the package back.I then tried to contact customer service because I wanted to send the package back through eBay's label service, but they told me that I am not required to return the package because the seller has already issued a refund. The problem is that the seller, despite me telling him what eBay told me, wants me to return the product.I have no problem returning it, but I would like to understand how, since now eBay no longer gives me the option. Is it correct that I do not return the product in this case? How should I proceed given that the seller is pressing me?
