Hi everyone,I’m writing because I need an urgent clarification. Some time ago I put an item up for sale on eBay (Angelus acrylics), and recently a user bought it.Despite that, I never received any payment: I didn’t get any money either on PayPal or through eBay Payments. Unfortunately I’m abroad at the moment, so I can’t ship the item, but in the meantime the buyer opened a dispute because the item hasn’t arrived and I’m being asked to refund it. Now I have a big concern:if I click “Refund the buyer,” will eBay charge me money even though I never received anything?Or does the system realize that the payment wasn’t completed and cancel everything? Has anyone had similar experiences? How did you resolve it?I’d gladly accept any advice — thanks in advance!
