Refund - outstanding balance
Hello, I sold a pair of shoes but unfortunately I can’t fulfill the order because they have already been sold on another site. How can I contact eBay or cancel the order, refunding the buyer since the money is still pending in my balance??

To refund the buyer, you need to enter a credit card; your balance is locked for 15 days.

Mentore2 years agoAdd an additional payment method, such as a credit card, with which you refund the buyer (after canceling the order), once the 15/20 days set by eBay for new sellers have passed, during which they hold the money owed to you, you will in turn be reimbursed by eBay.
