refund without receiving the item
hi, I ordered a package a few days ago, today I got an SMS from FedEx saying I have to pay VAT.. I didn't know, and I don't want to spend another 30 euros on top of the 40 already spent. I opened a refund request but it only talks about items that have already arrived. Does anyone have any solutions? thanks

Mentore4 months agoThe solution was to realize beforehand which seller you had bought from... that is, from outside the EU!
You have no options: you pick up the package and pay customs... if you refuse it, it will be returned to the sender and you won’t be entitled to any refund... so...
