Shipping costs reimbursement
Hello, I am Belmonte Anna. I’m contacting you because I made a return; the item was refunded to me, but the €9.90 shipping costs were not refunded to me. These were paid by me, and I would like a refund of the shipping costs, €9.90, thank you

Mentore2 years agoIf you haven’t opened and carefully followed the procedure that eBay provides based on the type of return, if the shipping costs were the seller’s responsibility and you paid them upfront, you are not entitled to any reimbursement... unless the seller is kind enough to pay them back to you... something they should have done before...
