Shipping costs reimbursement
Hello, I am Belmonte Anna. I’m contacting you because I made a return; the item was refunded to me, but the €9.90 shipping costs were not refunded to me. These were paid by me, and I would like a refund of the shipping costs, €9.90, thank you

Mentore2 years agoSe non hai aperto e seguito scrupolosamnete la procedura che ebay mette a disposizione in base alla tipologia di reso, se i costi della spedizione era a carico del venditore e le hai anticipate tu, non ti spetta alcun rimborso... a meno ché il venditore non sia così gentile da pagartele... cosa che avrebbe dovuto fare prima...
