Hello,as per the title, I would like to know if I can receive a refund for the shipping costs that, as a seller, I had to cover for a return that was then closed. Let me explain better: a buyer requested a return with a refund for a product I sold him. I took charge of the request, I paid for the shipping label through the Packlink service (offered by eBay) and I am waiting for the buyer to send the product back to me. After a few days, however, eBay decided to close the dispute, refunding the return on its own and saying I should not have done anything. The problem is that meanwhile I am left with a shipping label paid for uselessly and I would like to receive a refund, how should I proceed?
