Shipping cost reimbursement and import taxes

I received a refund for the items that broke before the warranty offered by the seller, but not the shipping costs and import taxes! Can someone let me know how it usually works?

Import duties are not reimbursed by anyone...

As for shipping costs, if you used the GSP service... neither...
