shipping expenses reimbursement
I made the return because I received a damaged item and other wrong products. I returned the whole package. Since the return label wasn’t available on the site, I sent the package through the post office. Now the seller tells me they only have an agreement with another company, so they can’t reimburse my shipping costs. Is that actually true? Can’t I do anything to get them back? Does eBay reimburse them through some process?

Mentore11 months agoIn fact, eBay's procedure requires the seller to provide the prepaid return label.

Since you did not follow their procedures, eBay has no means to force the seller to reimburse your return shipping costs. However, this does not prevent the seller from reimbursing you anyway, as a matter of commercial courtesy.
