Refund to another PostePay card because the first one I used to make the payment was blocked
Summary: A participant is discussing an issue regarding a refund to a different PostePay card due to the original card being blocked, which was used for the initial payment. Another participant has acknowledged the issue but has not provided a solution.
Good morning, I bought an item with Poste Pay, the item isn't right and I asked the seller for a refund, he agrees, I send everything back, the item arrives to the seller, the problem is that I made the purchase with my Poste Pay; meanwhile, while the item was on its way, my Poste Pay was cloned, I inform the seller, I change my payment method and enter the details of the new Poste Pay, now when I see that the refund has been made I notice that it was made to the Poste Pay that was cloned and not to the new one I added as a payment method, do you think I'll still receive it or how should I proceed? thanks to anyone who will help me

Mentore1 year agoIt doesn't depend on the seller, the refund always and only goes back to the card the payment was made from.
Go to your post office; they should definitely be able to tell you how to transfer the funds from the old card to the new one.
