Refund following the replacement of a device that was not fully functioning
The electronic item I bought doesn't work properly. I requested a return. But the seller wants to repair it or replace it. And if the replacement device also doesn't work, can I withdraw from the purchase and get a refund?

If the replaced or repaired device still didn’t work, you might be past the deadline to be covered by eBay’s customer warranty.
