Sales fee refund
I posted 5 listings. They asked me for €82.69. When I realized it, I deleted everything (it took me less than an hour, and I also got zero views). I sent an email saying I’m not paying because I didn’t use it and I also thought maybe the prices were related to the sponsorship and not to the publication. So I had decided to close everything, but they replied quickly saying I have to pay. What can I do?

Mentore9 months agoQuasi sicuramente hai messo dei prezzi di riserva, senza leggere che il prezzo di riserva è un'opzione a a pagamento e che si paga il 3% (della riserva) indipendentemente dal fatto che l'oggetto venga visualizzato o venduto. Il riepilogo con il prezzo dell'inserzione appare ogni volta prima della conferma della messa in vendita.
Quindi dovresti pagare quanto dovuto ad ebay.
Prova a convincere il servizio clienti di ebay che sei molto inesperto e che si è trattato di un errore.
