Full refund
Hi, I returned a speaker kit it arrived at its destination, package packed carefully and arranged inside as it was, the seller wrote to me saying the speakers are in a terrible condition! And he already told me they might not accept it, but I gave him the package and all the internal accessories working and in excellent condition! I'm afraid of losing the full refund, what can I do?

If the professional seller sold you a new item, they have every right to withhold a percentage from the refund.
Unfortunately they will no longer be able to resell them as new.

OP1 year agoHi, how can I evaluate a product if I don't listen to it? Of course I installed it in the door panel. The problem is that the seller blew the situation out of proportion, with Amaz.. I've never had these problems.

Mentore1 year agoAmazon and eBay are two completely different realities... but remember that Amazon's easy returns are a market anomaly... thinking that everyone has to be like Amazon is a blatant mistake.
