Full refund received.
I received a full refund for my order because I received an item different from the one I ordered.
How do I return the item if the seller hasn't written to me about it?
P.S. the first offer was a partial refund with the item remaining with me, but I رفضed it.

Should I assume the item stays with me?

Mentore3 years agoIf you have been refunded, the item has become the seller's property again, contact them and tell them that you will keep the item at their disposal for collection at their expense... after that you will be forced to get rid of it.

That’s what it says about the return request I opened.

Mentore3 years agoYes, you have been refunded, but you can only keep the item with the seller's authorization. Otherwise you commit the crime of embezzlement. Since you didn't pay for it (you were refunded), that item isn't yours.
Follow what Sika wrote to you: if the seller tells you to keep it or doesn't reply to you, after 15 days you can do whatever you want with it (including keeping it).
