Removal of radio accessories listings: clarification and unequal treatment compared to Chinese sellers!

Good morning everyone,
I’m starting this discussion to compare notes with other sellers about an issue I’ve been running into over the past few weeks.
Some of my listings for radio accessories (microphones, earphones, antennas, coaxial cables, and connectors) have been removed with the reason given as “unauthorized frequencies”.
I’d like to point out that these are accessories and components, not transmitting devices.
After appealing, several listings were restored, which suggests that there may be automatic classifications that are not always correct.
At the same time, similar or identical listings are still active on the platform.
At this point I have a few questions for the community and, if possible, for the eBay staff:
Are there specific guidelines for selling audio accessories and radio components?
What terms or descriptions can trigger these automatic checks?
How can non-transmitting accessories be kept from being classified as restricted devices?
The goal is to understand whether or not to keep operating on ebay, which too often shows inconsistencies in its request for policy compliance, avoiding repeated removals that make it difficult to work continuously on the platform.
