Waive purchase protection
Good morning, as a seller can I ask the buyer to waive buyer protection? And if the buyer agrees, will that agreement be honored by ebay in case the buyer opens a dispute for item not received?
After a bad experience as a seller, I have included only trackable shipping methods in every listing. The buyer would like me to use an untraceable method. That would be fine for me, but I want to protect myself from possible delays/losses by Poste Italiane that would end up causing me a double loss (loss of the goods + refund).
Thanks

If you ship untracked, you do so at your own risk.

Mentore3 years agoNo, this option does not exist.
So send it with a trackable method; you know very well what could happen if you ship without a tracking number.
Best regards.
