I made a sale of some products.The buyer made the payment. I shipped it.The next day, the buyer contacts me saying that he changed his mind and wants to cancel the sale.He also asks me if I can tell the courier whether the shipment can be canceled.Or the buyer would like, if the package is delivered to him, to refuse it.For me the sale is final, but the buyer keeps sending me messages insistently.I wouldn't want him to tamper with the package once it arrives, on the pretext that the product was not intact.Anyway, I have photos of the packaging..
