Reconsideration about a return
Good morning everyone. Recently I asked for a return for a product, but then I changed my mind and closed the return process. Now, however, I have a problem with the product I bought (my cat is disgusted by it) and I would like to ask to reopen the return. Is it possible? If so, how do I do it? Thanks
